a. All content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and audio files, is the property of TechAbility Solutions or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

b. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any copyrighted material on the Website without obtaining prior written permission from the copyright holder, except as permitted by law.

c. The platform like Microsoft Business Central, Power platform, Fabric etc. are the property of respective OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and are not owned by us. We do not claim to be owner of any such products or services.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

a. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on the Website, please promptly notify us by providing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity.
  • Sufficient contact information to allow us to reach you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Removal of Infringing Content

a. Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice, we will take prompt action to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

b. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Counter-Notification

a. If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice is not infringing, or if you have the necessary rights to the material, you may send a counter-notification to [insert contact information].

b. The counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • Sufficient contact information to allow us to reach you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notice.
